Pradiptah Mukherjee, son of late Prashant Mukherjee, holds a prestigious degree of MA. LLB, and doctorate on alternative medicine. He got an opportunity to work with a British law firm in London, and turned it down to support the vision of this late father, who wanted to work for the development of Santhal Pargana, Dumka. He has a total work experience of thirty-four years in the field of education. He is the President of CBSE Sahodaya School Complex of Dumka and Jamtara . He has an keen interest in the field of sports and is the Vice-precedent of “Wrestling Association”, Dumka District, Joint secretory of “Hockey Federation” Dumka district and was the Ex- secretory of “The Bharat scout and guide”. He also actively takes part in the welfare and development of the society as he is a life-long member of the Indian Red Cross Society and had been the EX-zonal president of Lion’s Club International.

Mrs. Rodoshi Mukherjee, has been looking after the human resource and strategic marketing needs of the institution. She had joined the institution in the most challenging time in the era of education and humanity i.e., during the 2019-2020 pandemic. She has a vision of making Sido Kanhu group of schools a household brand, and to do so she applies her knowledge she gained from working in various multinational companies in her past career. Being a graduate of “Computer Science engineering” she has in-depth knowledge in the same and has a vision to digitize the institution and be heavily dependent on computing and IT in place of papers and ultimately go “paperless” for a sustainable growth in the near future. She holds a degree of Master of Business Administration in dual specialization namely: Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from esteemed B-school of India. Her learnings have shaped the policies and outlook of the school post the pandemic era. Being a very vocal environmentalist, she introduces various events and programs amongst the student to teach them to live a sustainable life and be more responsible towards the environment. Mrs. Mukherjee is also an alumni of Sido Kanhu group of schools and hence understands the institution inside out. Besides her academic background she is also an active member of Lions Club, Dumka.

The quotation is truly suitable for a very sincere, disciplined and dedicated person like Mr. Abhay Anand - Head of the Exam Department of our school. Started his journey in our school since 1997 as a computer teacher and later has become the first Computer Instructor in Dumka. He has assigned different roles by the school management like system analyst, science teacher and his performance in every field was excellent and outstanding. Regarding his Educational qualification, he is a science graduate with honours in the subject of Chemistry. He also proved his talent in computers when he completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. Due to his dedication, mastery skills, experience and knowledge the school Management assigned him to work as an Examination Controller. He deals all the CBSE related and competitive exam works that proves his complete dedication to his work. He is awarded as the best official award from the Confederation of Jharkhand Sahodaya, Dhanbad for the best documentation of CBSE Inhouse training related work in session 2021-2022.
